        How does this work?

        It’s a typical Residential Leasing Agreement between a Landlord and a Tenant ( Gordon Anson Ventures Pty Ltd) With the permission to Sublease the property.

        Do I have to do this lease agreement Privately?

        No.. You can choose Privately or Publicly through a Real Estate… (Keep in mind, the Real Estate Agency will charge you fees. ) Gordon Anson Ventures Pty Ltd Do not charge any fees..

        I’m advertising my property through a Real Estate Agency, Can I still do this through a Real Estate Agency?

        Yes you can. Simply get the Real Estate to enquire on your behalf.

        Is it legal to sublease a Property?

        Yes.. Only if you have the Owner / Landlords permission.. The General Residential Leasing Agreement is a Legal Binding Document.

        3-5 years is a long time, can the lease be broken?

        If either party of the lease agreement violates the terms and conditions, a 90 day break lease can take place.

        What if the tenant or subtenants damages the property unlawfully , who is liable?

        The same rules apply as per normal Tenancy Agreement.. If the tenant doesn’t abide by the terms and conditions of the agreement, the tenant can be evicted.
